My mission is to help you establish a deep confidence in yourself so that you enter labor and delivery prepared, well informed and aware of your choices. I hope to support you in strengthening your connection to ancient wisdom, as well as your bond with your partner and baby.
For the last decade I've supported clients as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. The birth of my daughter became the catalyst to becoming a doula. I fell struck with awe for my body and its deep wisdom and strength. With the guidance of my birth team I built the experience I wanted: an unmedicated birth in the comfort of my home. It was the single greatest experience of my life.
I believe in inclusivity and find it an incredible honor to provide a loving and informative container for all birthing families in all birthing spaces. (Hospital, Birth Center, or Home)

• Best for those who've had previous births or as a last minute option for first time birth.
• 1 Prenatal visit where we will meet via Zoom to get to know each other and then we'll see each other on the day of birth.
• Unlimited daytime phone, text and email support
• On-call availability, 24/7 starting at 38 weeks until baby’s birth
• During early labor I will provide phone support and guidance. In-person support begins at home or the place of delivery once you are in active labor. During labor and birth I support you and your partner with tools to manage pain, hands on assist to help support the progress of labor, encouragement and advocacy.
• Immediately after baby is born I will stay with you for 1 to 2 hours.
• My labor support only service is $1700, sliding scale available please inquire for more information.
I exclusively support only one client per month, to retain my services half my fee is due at sign of contract, the other half is due at 36 weeks.
In addition to the labor support listed above we'll have four in person prenatal visits starting at 26 weeks, sessions are approximately 1.5-2 hours long. These sessions allow us to get to know each other, build relationship, discuss any fears and build the vision for your birth. We review breathwork, meditation, how to cope with pain, essential daily movement, labor positions and make a plan for when labor starts. Additional topics covered:
• Childbirth education:
• Physical assessment and comprehensive coaching on alignment, breathing strategies, core and pelvic floor function.
• Birth mapping - creating an informed birth plan for the wanted and unexpected. We'll discuss the many ways birth can unfold so that you enter your birth experience feeling informed, confident and supported.
• Strengthening intimacy with your partner and how to create ritual with your baby to encourage early bonding before they arrive.
• My pregnancy and labor support fee is $3500

Staying active during pregnancy is an important part of maintaining a healthy pregnancy and improving overall health and well-being for momma and baby.
As your trainer I provide a deep understanding of the human body, specializing in creating safe and effective workouts that will strengthen your body as well as reduce pain and discomfort associated with pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
What you can expect:
• Fitness training designed specifically for pregnancy and postpartum
• Functional movement and strength training
• Breath strategy for pelvic health and deep core function
• Address any pelvic health symptoms and create a strategy to help manage them and progress forward

Functional small group training designed to help you meet the demands of motherhood.
What you can expect:
• Fitness training designed specifically for pregnancy and postpartum
• Functional movement and strength training
• Breath strategy for pelvic health and deep core function
• Address any pelvic health symptoms and create a strategy to help manage them and progress forward
• Scalable workouts for all levels of fitness.
